ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Having developed her curatorial and producer practice for more than a decade, Jessica oversees and works with the team to deliver the programme and other special co-creations with Artists. She co-founded CLAY and drives the development of the company with the Company Coordinator.

COMPANY COORDINATOR

Marie has worked at CLAY since 2020, their role as company coordinator has become strategic and they now oversee the sustainable and continuous development of the company. They are responsible for financial management and development, managing contracts and writing policies. They are the CLAY sustainability champion!

VENUE COORDINATOR

Alice ensures that CLAY is an environment that we can be proud of. She oversees the audience experience by means of maintenance of the space and many of the events we produce and host. She makes a mean playlist.

PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL STAGE MANAGER

As a freelance Venue Technician for CLAY, Charlotte facilitates the venue and technical needs of visiting artists and operates lighting, sound and A.V. for performances. She has created a technical specification document and applies a wide array of skills to help artists and performance makers realise their creative vision and technical needs.
